- Fire safety report for all stages from preliminary study to construction documents and the final Fire Safety documentation
- Descriptions for fire protection during construction and for setting up establishment/building sheds or other temporary establishment.
- Preparation and/or review of APD plans with regard to fire protection.

- Performance based design
- Coordination with, and advice to, other designers and subcontractors, both in the design process and out on site.
- Fire drawings in CAD and Revit or fire sketches on Architect’s drawings based on the project’s requirements.
- Naturally, we work with the latest technology and can provide materials in BIM 3D.
- FSD works actively with BIM 3D, which improves quality, reduces costs and saves time in projects (Read more here).
- Contact and coordination with the emergency services both for interventions during construction and coordination during the design phase.
- On-site advice, detailed execution and practical solutions to problems/challenges that arise during the construction phase.
- Support for coordinated testing
- Performance checks and on-site inspections
- Certification for entry into service
- SAK 3 – Competence for execution and inspections.
